I am keen to ensure that clients can still access the services I provide in a safe way during the pandemic and am currently offering counselling sessions  via Zoom, to  anyone living in the UK.  Zoom is a secure and effective alternative to face to face counselling and is quite simple to use.

 

If you are feeling lost, anxious or worried about something, it can help to talk.

 

Whether it's your health, the health of your family, your relationships, past hurts or trauma or problems at work, all of these things can cause sleepless nights.

 

In addition to the usual worries, these are unprecedented and difficult times. The Covid pandemic can cause additional anxiety and the experiences of lockdown and other restrictions may have weighed heavily on you. 

 

It can help to talk to someone who is not emotionally involved and together as we look at why you are seeking help and how we can approach your concerns, we will explore your feelings.  Doing this raises self awareness and allows choices to be made to create the changes needed for a more fulfilled life.

 

I will try to help you find a way forward that is right for you, and I will support you through this process, without judgment; respecting the decisions and choices you make and accompanying you on your journey to finding what is right for you.

When the pandemic has passed, I will resume seeing clients face to face in Shropshire.

 

Once face to face sessions can resume I will also continue to offer Zoom sessions for those clients who prefer that option.  Offering this platform also opens my availability to those  of you who may live outside the area where my practice is physically based.
